Happy New Yeay to you all, I see from your pictures that you had a great festive time in the heat. Not quite so warm here, although walking to the local pub to enjoy the heat of their open fire and, of course, for a pick me up (to counter the night before) was very warming!

I saw that Bro of yours being interviewed last night on BBC1, Jonathan Ross Show. Your descriptions of Seychellois life and the foreigner’s mentality are “spot-on”. Having lived in the Seychelles for 4 years and married to a wonderful island girl, I feel most at home there.
